1. Refunds on Consultations and Services

Our services, such as astrology readings, numerology consultations, and other personalized services, are offered based on the information provided by our clients. Once a consultation is completed, we do not offer refunds, as the service is rendered and based on personal analysis.

2. Cancellations

• Consultation Booking: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment for a later time by contacting us at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. We will accommodate you based on availability.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, such as technical issues, incorrect services, or miscommunications, we will consider refunds or alternative arrangements. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service to discuss your concern.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
